Last season, CBC pushed reset on almost its entire prime time lineup, partly because the NHL strike that shortened the previous hockey season was blamed for limiting the promotional opportunity for others. But the impending loss of hockey rights has forced considerable budget tightening — even as the new and returning shows will continue to have a valuable promotional platform when the CBC airs Hockey Night in Canada broadcasts produced by Rogers on Saturday nights. I'd love to meet Chef Stefano Faita someday and enjoy his food that he makes with his magic chef hands. I am really impressed, and there are foods and ingredients that I never knew of until I learned them from Stefano.

One recipe that I've been recommending to clients lately is from a cooking show on CBC called: In the Kitchen with Stefano Faita. Christian Begin, Josée di Station and Stefano Faita (pictured at left with Sobers Quebec president Claude Tessie) have been named IGA ambassadors and will appear predominantly in all communications - from circulars and TV ads to digital content and in-store posters - starting May 1. Among their activities, Di Station is a chef and host of the 12-year-old cooking show À  Station on Télé-Québec, Begin is an actor and food show host and Fajita has a CBC-TV show called In the Kitchen with Stefano Faita.

Though the online bloggers who don names like Broke-ass Gourmet” and Lick My Spoon” provide the bulk of the tutorials in lieu of traditional TV chefs, the respective viewing angle always allows you to clearly view what the food should look like when chopped or cooked.
